Fiberglass Seawalls are an alternative construction material without many of the performance disadvantages of conventional materials such as aluminum, concrete, steel and wood. Fiberglass Seawalls will not corrode, decay, or spall thereby reducing maintenance costs and future replacements. The FRP composite system resists impact, creep, UV and weathering effects better than vinyl (PVC) materials and is easier to install in harder soils than vinyl sheet piling.
K60-25(VE) Fiberglass Tie Rods

Our Fiberglass Tie Rod System is a replacement of steel tie rods that rust & fail after only a few years in service, typically due to salt & brackish water conditions. The Lee Composites Fiberglass Tie Rod system can be used with fiberglass, steel, and wood walers on Fiberglass, PVC, Wood, & Steel Sheetpile Systems. Standard stock sizes are 12′, 14′ and 16′ lengths.

The system includes:
K60-25VE Fiberglass Tie Rods & S316 Nuts, S316 Rectangular Washers, S316 Bevel Washers, S316 Couplers, and PVC protective pipe Sch 40 1-1/4”OD.

FRP Fiberglass Sheet Pile​

FRP Composite Sheet Pile System is a patented fiberglass sheet pile retaining wall structure for waterfront applications where environmental considerations require a sheet pile wall structure that will not rot, decay, rust or spall.

Tired of replacing your current seawall or bulkhead?  Marine borers destroying your wall?  FRP Composite sheet Pile was engineered to replace traditional materials of bulkhead construction. While wood is rotting, concrete is spalling and steel is rusting, FRP fiberglass sheet piling will be there for the test of time protecting your asset.

FRP Fiberglass Waler​

FRP Fiberglass Waler eliminates the need for timber, steel or concrete wale sections. The pultruded FRP wale section was specifically designed to replace wood, steel and concrete for applications where the environmental considerations require a high strength FRP wale sectionthat will not rot, rust, spall or succumb to marine borers.

FRP Fiberglass Waler can be installed above or below the waterline or in the transition area. The patented profile features a unique shape that allows the tie back rod to recess into the wale section. This feature increases human safety and decreases the possibility of damaging boats, personal watercraft or other high dollar assets in the event they rub against the FRP wale.

Composite Top Cap​

Fiberglass Top Caps are used to enclose the top of the Sheet Pile. It offers no structural value, but it does give a more refined edge to the sheet pile and makes the seawall more aesthetically pleasing.

It is corrosion resistant and will not rot or decay like wood or spall and crack like concrete.

SuperStub™ Drain Pipe Connector​

SuperStub™ Drain Pipe Sheetpile Connector is a factory fabricated drain pipe sheetpile connector made of 100% fiberglass pipe and bonded laminates.

Lee Composites SuperStub™ is a replacement/substitution of field fabrication (hole drilling, sealing, bonding) by contractor in installing a drain pipe thru the fiberglass sheetpile wall.

Cap Saver Deflectors

Cap Saver™ are Wave and Boat Deflectors for sheetpile installations.

Lee Composites Cap Saver™ are made from HDPE and factory fabricated to fit the type cap and waler used and the angle required. Supplied in standard 10ft lengths.

Waler Saver Deflectors

Waler Saver™ are Wave and Boat Deflectors for sheetpile installations.

Lee Composites Waler Saver™ are made from HDPE and factory fabricated to fit the type cap and waler used and the angle required. Supplied in standard 10ft lengths.

SuperSlide™ Biodegradable Soy-Based Lubricant

SuperSlide™ is a biodegradable soy-based release oil formulated with select US grown vegetable seed oils for use as a high performance release agent.  Recommended for all types of forming and release applications.  Highly effective on fiberglass sheetpile/seawalls and marine pilings.
