HDPE PILE SLEEVE SuperSleeve™
Our factory has perfected the way to make our SuperSleeve™ HDPE Pile Sleeves LC200 (.200″thick) to fit any size steel pile 12.75″OD & over and any size fiberglass pile 12″OD & over and any size concrete Square pile 12″x12″ & over.
This provides a product we were unable to offer before July of 2024 – we could only use our LC120 (.120″ thick) in the past to make pile sleeves for piles 12″OD & 14″OD and LC187 (.187″ thick) for piles 16”OD.
Our LC120, LC187, and LC200 High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pile Sleeves SuperSleeve™ are compatible with almost any size round or square piling (steel, fiberglass, wood, vinyl, concrete). They are made from virgin high density polyethylene and are pre-fabricated in our factory in Houston, TX. These pile sleeves are made ready to slide down the pile and can be turned to get better surface area over time or flipped from bottom to top.
The LC120, LC187, and LC200 HDPE Pile Sleeves SuperSleeve™ come with “fuse welded” PE flat or cone top caps attached at our factory, thus eliminating attachment hardware which will rust over time. Together, the sleeves and caps act as a uniform system that doesn’t require additional sleeve attachment to the pilings.
