LC200 HDPE PILE SLEEVE SuperSleeve™

Our factory has perfected the manufacturing process for SuperSleeve™ LC200 High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pile Sleeves, achieving a thickness of 0.200″. These sleeves are designed to fit almost any consistent size OD pile—whether steel, fiberglass, wood, vinyl, or concrete—with approximately +1/16” clearance, unless more clearance is required.

As of July 2024, we are now able to offer the LC200 SuperSleeve™ for larger pile sizes that were previously out of reach. The LC200 can accommodate steel piles with an outer diameter (OD) of 8″ and over, fiberglass piles with an OD of 8″ and over, and square concrete piles measuring 12″x12″ and over.

Prior to this breakthrough, we could only provide our LC120 (0.120″ thick) for piles with 12″ and 14″ OD, and our LC187 (0.187″ thick) for piles with 16″ OD.

Lead times for these sleeves are approximately 2-4 weeks.

While standard water pipe is often used for pile protection, it lacks the precision and durability required for high-spec marine environments. SuperSleeve™ HDPE Pile Sleeves are engineered specifically for these conditions, offering custom-fit IDs and factory-fused components that eliminate the common failure points of 'average' pipe extrusions.
